"Yes you can, if there comes a time in the future where you need to refinance, this is possible. The way I would recommend is for you to contact us to recalculate the amount we can loan to you. The amount loaned to you is based on your age, property value and interest rates, so if it's been a few years since you took out your reverse mortgage, your property's value has increased or there's been a change in interest rates, this may mean you can release more equity from your home. Don't forget that when you take out your initial reverse mortgage, you'll have the choice to take a lump sum, receive monthly payments, open a line of credit, or take a combination of these options. Choosing monthly payments from AAG should help you budget and so you should never need to refinance in your later years.

To set the process in motion, call one of our great team of professionals. You can call them without any obligation and ask them as many questions as you need to. Our free DVD is also a fantastic source of information, so request one today through the link provided."
